Where the fun comes to a complete HALT, and everyone starts getting busted and paranoid and it just kind of feels wrong. Thats the last 2 hours (out of 3 1/2) of this movie. The first half is this historical epic about friendship and conflict, then after a certain celebratory dinner the movie just takes a nosedive into modern Clint Eastwood levels of old man sloth time. Call it what you want "meditative, reflective" but holy baloney that 2 hour ending is just so boring, and exposes Deniro's underwritten character. For a 3 and a half hour movie your lead needs to be strong, but Deniro lacks any opinion the entire film. After everything I need a rewatch but given its runtime i dont see that happening for a while.

If you do not mind wasting 3.5 hours of your life for story of remorseless killer go for it, I wish I knew better. When Martin Scorsese meeting with Bob Iger... So who is he talking to? Father? I thought it was the father but he's not looking at camera in this scene and he didnt tell father about Jimmy b4 Im kinda confused. Song name. This music just kill me,very great marty can do this mixing. The shortest 3 and a half hours I have ever say THROUGH. That's how good this movie is... Is the guy who had a fake revolver and said wanna see if I've got the minerals. Missed the part he said: You people. Am I beneath you? Definitely. I find it amazing that Al has this energy at that age.

This feels like when you are asleep and you punch/kick someone lmao. During my second viewing, I realised it was the same scene where Frank shot Jimmy. I almost gasped, but my family was watching for the first time, so I kept my mouth shut.

Guy getting beat up deserves an Emmy for trying very hard to make De Niro look tough. Dear god - Graham and Pacino are unbelieveable in this scene. Wish they did more with the ice cream, it was my favorite character in the movie. Scorseses Expendables. Won't go see it because of deniro. Awesome. Glad they made another mod flick, maybe the last one. I'm surprised the glass doors didnt break when he entered lmao. Tony 3 Fingers: Turns off some killer salsa to have some relaxing music instead Sally Bugs: So you have chosen death. You dont know that they hounding me. Woulda been a cooler scene if the first two bullets were the only ones shot, just a nonchaulant kill. Idk just my opinion. Watch the Academy being, once again, self-conscious shameless spoil-sports this next February by denying both Pacino and Scorsese of two well-deserved Oscars. Hope I'm wrong.

Im currently watching the movie now finally, and came to this scene, I had to rewind it to keep watching and then pause and come here straight to YouTube to find the comment section for this, bc I needed to know that I cannot be the only person that found this confrontation “fight” scene to be super cringe and awkward as hell! 🤣 Like come on bro, you just have to stand up, and push him. You telling me you cant defend youre self from these little soft ass foot stomps? ” 😂 Im hoping the rest of the movie is not this awkward, and off putting. Ive heard such good reviews. You cant de-age the body movement.
